Responsibilities
* To review prescriptions for clarity, accuracy and appropriateness and to compound and dispense the medications and pharmaceutical supplies prescribed in accordance with standard operating procedures.
* Work in a specialty/ mail order fast paced, high-volume environment.
* Manage pharmacy operation during absence of supervisory personnel.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Pharmacy required.
* Registered Pharmacist, licensed in the State of Michigan with a Controlled Substance License required.
* Ability to perform at a fast pace in a high production environment.
* Ability to verify an average of 250 prescriptions in an 8-hour shift.
